Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is both a method and an approach created by Marshall Rosenberg. Its purpose is to help us connect with each other through our humanity and coexist in a joyful and effective way.

NVC works through the language in order to support us to understand the power of our words and to realise that different ways of using our language lead us to different paths life experience, to different worlds.
Although part of NVC’s value is that it includes a certain technique which makes it specific and easily comprehensible, its deeper meaning goes beyond the technique and even beyond language. It is essentially about how we can attune ourselves to the fluidity of life in a fulfilling way.
Giorgos Tsitsirigkos is a NVC certified trainer. He has been sharing the process since 2011 in various spaces and environments. He is the translator of Marshall Rosenberg’s main book “Nonviolent Communication, A language of life” into Greek.
Giorgos focuses on supporting people increase their emotional freedom in various contexts such as family, work, groups & associations. He has many years of experience as a group facilitator and meetings coordinator and has been himself a member of different self-organised groups. In the trainings he holds he uses music, dance and body work in order to create a space of deep and pleasant learning.
